“But seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.”
I am ending 2022 by entering a season of rest. This will result in me stepping away from social media. I have felt this nudge from the Holy Spirit for some time to press more into God, and now seems like the right time as we are entering the holiday season.
In the devotional piece written for the book Immersed: Soaking Daily in God’s Presence, I wrote about how to seek God first and ask how He can use this time for His will here on Earth.
l am confident that I will gain insight into this season of rest. Psalms 32.8 NLT states, “The Lord says, “I will guide you along the best pathway for your life. I will advise you and watch over you.
Exodus 33:14 tells us “My Presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.” (NIV)
